This diabolically funny play is sure to confound and please all audiences.  It takes an amusing fresh look at the heroes, Holmes and Watson, adds the familiar figures of Inspector Lestrade, Mrs. Hudson, and the children of Professor Moriarty, and mixes them all with wit, humor and plot twists galore to make a first-rate whodunit.

Crew

J. ALAN HANNA (Director) This is his 1st time directing a show at ICT. He is glad to be working with ICT again after appearing as Ray-Bud in DEARLY DEPARTED last season. He has worked with such organizations as Theatre Three, Plano Repertory Theatre, Uptown Players, GLCT and Garland Summer Musicals—just to name a few! Carlos, my love and friends that helped get this production up, THANKS!!!!

WADE GIAMPA (Scenic Designer) This production is Wade's third design for ICT- previous ones being; MY THREE ANGELS, and THE OLDEST LIVING GRADUATE. His design work has been seen with many productions at the Dupree Theater for The Lyric Stage. The first being RICHARD CORY and the last, THEY'RE PLAYING OUR SONG. He also has designed throughout the Metroplex from WaterTower Theatre , Garland Civic, Uptown Players, Contemporary Theater of Dallas to The Jubilee and Circle Theaters in Fort Worth. He has also been nominated and won several Rabin Awards and The John Garcia's Column Awards. Currently he is designing THE PIANO LESSON for Jubilee Theater, THE CEMETERY CLUB for Contemporary and ALL MY SONS for ICT, and The Gala Awards Evening for The Column--- to be presented at the Carpenter Theater this coming March.

SAM NANCE (Lighting Designer) is pleased to be designing another show for ICT MainStage.  Some of the theaters In the Metroplex Mr. Nance has designed for are Theatre Three, The Shakespeare Festival of Dallas, The Dallas Theater Center and Theatre Britain.  He is the resident lighting designer for Pegasus Theatre, where he has lit their innovative "living black and white" shows as well as their more colorful presentations.  Outside of Dallas, he designed lights for the Lois Pope Theater in Manalapan, Florida.  His most recent work includes LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD for Theatre Britain, THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA for Theatre Three and NOISES OFF, NINE, and PROOF for ICT MainStage.

TORY PADDEN (Costume Designer and Producer) has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. This production provides great challenges both as a producer and a designer.  It is wonderful to get work with Alan again along with the talented production team and amazing cast.  Recent productions that she designed were NOISES OFF for ICT and Northlake College’s production of THE CRUCIBLE

RICHARD FROHLICH (Sound Design) is happy to return to ICT MainStage.  He is a two time Column award winner, and has designed sound for many area theaters including Theatre Three, Contemporary Theatre of Dallas and WaterTower Theatre.  As well as producing vocational video programs since 1991, in 2001 he founded the award-winning Texas Radio Theatre Company and has since written and produced over 60 modern audio plays.  He makes his home in Arlington Texas with his wife Shannan and three children.

KRISTIN JONES (Stage Manager) is working with ICT for the first time. She has stage managed several shows at the Pocket Sandwich Theatre and fashion shows. Kristin has also freelanced at various theaters as a costume designer.

JOANNE HULL (Properties/Set Dressing) has designed and gathered props for many ICT shows including Pirates of Penzance, Singing in the Rain and this season’s Noises Off.  Those “just right and hard to find” items are special challenges that allow her to indulge and excuse her attraction to thrift shops, garage sales and antique stores – especially those in the Texas Hill Country!

JAMES WEST (Producer) has appeared in a number of area productions including several at ICT, and serves on ICT's Board of Directors.  This is James' second experience as Producer, and he would like to thank all the generous people who give ICT their time and effort and talent to make productions like SHERLOCK possible.
