Eight strangers are invited to a country house on a remote island by a mysterious host. A voice accuses everyone present, including the two servants, of murder - not the sort on which a conviction can be got in the courts but murder just the same.

Then, as a terrible storm blows in, one by one they begin to die…….

It becomes obvious one of them is responsible!

Cast

Debbie Hurley DEBBIE HURLEY (Emily Brent) is excited to be back on stage after playing Mrs. Stuart-Dubonet in last spring’s successful UNVARNISHED TRUTH.  She has been seen in many ICT shows over the years.  You may remember her as Elaine in NIGHT WATCH, Valerie/A PARTY TO MURDER, Susie/WAIT UNTIL DARK or Jessie May/TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL.  In her younger days, she used to travel around doing the Dinner Theatre circuit from Virginia to Indiana.  Debbie has also been known to help out backstage with props, spotlight and set building.  Her “normal” job is the Administrative Assistant to the Exec. Director at The Highlands School in Irving.

Richard A. Jones RICHARD A. JONES (Dr. Edward Armstrong)was last seen at ICT as Edward Harper in the living black and white production of DEATH/TAKE: 1!  Other favorite regional theater roles include: Dewey Hunter/ CHILDREN AT PLAY, Victor Chandebise & Poch / FLEA IN HER EAR, Kenny /LITTLE MURDERS, Spinner /GOLD DUST, Inspector Hound / REAL INSPECTOR HOUND, and Senator Fogbound /LI’L ABNER.  Jones holds a B.A. in Theater from Ohio State University. He dedicates this performance to his family and in memory of Rudy.

Keith Kubal KEITH KUBAL (Capt. Philip Lombard) has performed numerous roles in the DFW area including Ray Dolenz/PROPOSALS, Tom Bryce/THE UNVARNISHED TRUTH for ICT MainStage and Camillo/THE WINTERS TALE.  Keith holds a BFA in Theater from Adelphi University, New York and is a graduate of the British/American Drama Academy, Oxford.  Keith also serves on the Boards of the Beardsley Living Theater, ICT and The Column Advisory Board.

Phil Nixon PHIL NIXON (William Blore) is making his debut with ICT.  Phil has performed many roles in the DFW area including Henry/ LION IN WINTER, Daddy Warbucks/ ANNIE, Big Daddy/ CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF and Joe Keller/ ALL MY SONS.  Area theaters include: Fort Worth Theatre, Dallas Children’s Theatre, Circle Theatre, Hip Pocket, Theatre Arlington and Northeast Playhouse.

Allison Pistorius ALLISON PISTORIUS (Vera Claythorne) recently played Anna/CLOSER, Andromache/TROILUS AND CRESSIDA.  In New York, she portrayed Echo, Diana/THE GODS ARE LISTENING (Off-Broadway premiere) and performed voice-overs for Dasani water/Coca Cola Corporation. Allison earned a BA in Theatre and Dance, concentration in physical acting, from UT Austin.  Career highlights include Ophelia/HAMLET, Wendy/PETER PAN, White Cat/HOUSE OF SWEETS, and teaching and assistant directing MAD FOREST for Northwestern University’s National High School Institute.

Guinn Powell GUINN POWELL (General MacKenzie) has been active in the theatre community since 1989. TEN LITTLE INDIANS is Guinn's second ICT production having previously appeared as the Lieutenant in THE UNVARNISHED TRUTH. He has also performed with Dallas Children's Theatre, Garland Civic Theater, Theatre Quorum, Our Endeavors and 11th Street Theatre Project. His greatest theatrical achievement to date was to perform on stage at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. in the drama, STAND UP TRAGEDY as guest artist with Collin County Community College after winning a national competition. He is represented by the Campbell Agency and has industrial or commercial credits with American Airlines, IBM, Lowes, Metrocel, Pepsi, Radio Shack, EDS, MCI, Blockbuster, and Nationwide Insurance.

Sheila D. Rose SHEILA D. ROSE (Mrs. Rogers) is thrilled to be with her ICT family once again.  She was seen as Isabel in last season’s regional premier of THE UNVARNISHED TRUTH and as Chick in 2004’s CRIMES OF THE HEART. She has just finished her run as Madame Valera in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, a melodrama at the Pocket Sandwich Theatre.  Sheila sends love and hugs to her vast network of supporters and asks for prayers for her brother’s quick and safe return from Iraq. Te extraño Mamita.  This one’s for Rudy.

Dave Schmidt DAVE SCHMIDT (Sir Lawrence Wargrave) is pleased to be once again working under the direction of Robb Pocklington who directed Dave in the role of Felix Unger/THE ODD COUPLE. Since that time, Dave has himself worn the hat of director for the ICT MainStage productions of I’LL BE BACK BEFORE MIDNIGHT, THE UNVARNISHED TRUTH and most recently the musical NUNSENSE.  Additionally for ICT MainStage, Dave has performed the roles of R. F. Simpson/SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN, Julian Goodman/COMMUNICATING DOORS, Dale Harding/ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOOS NESTand Curtis Appleby/NIGHT WATCH. This one’s for you, Oscar.

James West JAMES WEST (Fred Narracott) appeared with ICT Mainstage last season as Bert in THE UNVARNISHED TRUTH.  James has performed in various productions for Beardsley Living Theater and Bucket Productions, both in and out of the Festival of Independent Theaters.  James was also stage manager and assistant director of Beardsley's SONNY DEREE'S LIFE FLASHED BEFORE HIS EYESat the FIT.  James looks forward to participating in this unorthodox and fascinating interpretation of a classic murder mystery tale.

David Willie DAVID WILLIE (Rogers) is in his first appearance with ICT and second Agatha Christie play. He recently appeared as Det. Sgt. Trotter in THE MOUSETRAP with Theatre Coppell. He has been performing local theatre for the past three years and been on stage in one form or another since he was eight. Some of his past performances include Steward/INTO THE WOODS, Ali Hakim/OKLAHOMA, Marcelus Washburn/THE MUSIC MAN, Old man/A CHRISTMAS STORY, and Prof. Marvel/WIZARD OF OZ. He works as a freelance graphic designer in the DFW area and in his spare time he is a "team leader" with the greatest 11th grade guys at First Baptist Church of Euless.

Jordan Willis JORDAN WILLIS (Anthony Marston) is happy to be returning to ICT Mainstage, having portrayed Gideon Temple in last season's THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER. Jordan was most recently seen as Richard in KISS THE BOYS at Watertower Theatre and Charles Condomine in BLITHE SPIRIT at Duncanville theatre. He would like to thank Robb Pocklington as well as the entire cast and crew for making this such a great experience.

Crew

GREGG FIELDS (Co-producer) has spent the last few years with ICT as a student of theatre, but over the past 8 months The Lord has called him to the ministry. He previously attended UT-Arlington as a Design and Production major, and he will be attending seminary in the Fall, God willing. 

PAUL FIORELLA (Scenic Designer)has always enjoyed designing sets for a good "Who Dun It?" and Agatha Christie is one of the best loved. Previous murder mysteries which Paul has designed include THE MOUSETRAP, DIAL M FOR MURDER, DEATHTRAP, and AN INSPECTOR CALLS.

EVELYN G. HALL (Co-producer) has worked on many shows as stage manager,  producer and stage crew for ICT MainStage including SEVEN KEYS TO BALDPATE, ARESENIC AND OLD LADE, THE ODD COUPLE, BAREFOOT IN THE PARK, and DAMN YANKEES.  Evelyn serves on the Director Selection Committee.  This one’s for you Rudy. Te Amo.

JIM HUTCHISON (Lighting Designer) holds an MFA from The Ohio State University in Design and a BA in Design and Production from Western Illinois University.  Jim is a newly appointed Texan, and Faculty Design Instructor at UTA, teaching Lighting Design and Sound Design. Jim has worked as a lighting designer and moving light programmer for concert, corporate, and theatrical productions across the country, and has been on staff as a lighting designer and programmer for Mills James Productions, a large production house in Columbus, OH. Jim has served as Lighting Director and Chief Electrician for Networks Tours’ international Broadway tour of FOSSE THE MUSICAL. Jim is also a sound designer and composer/songwriter, and a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers of Music (ASCAP).

CYNTHIA NISHI (Props) is making her debut with ICT. Cynthia is enrolled in Hartt and Soul Acting Studio. She has completed The Beginner’s Acting course as well as the In Depth Character Study course. Cynthia will be starting Introduction to Television Commercials class at KD Studio in May 2006.

TOM ORTIZ (Stage Manager) is proud once again to be stage managing for ICT.  Although Tom normally is found dealing with the every day behind the scenes work at ICT, he is always pleased to be directly involved with the productions.  Tom thanks the cast and crew for their exceptional hard work and his family for their continued support.  This one’s for you Rudy.

TORY PADDEN (Costume Designer) has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. She is excited to be working with ICT again on such a emotional and challenging production.  Recent productions that she designed were STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE for Northlake College, and TOM SAWYER for ICT.  This one is for you Rudy.

ROBB POCKLINGTON (Director) has worked with ICT since its reorganization in the 1980s. He directed and designed: BEDROOM FARCE, DEATH TRAP, and DARK OF THE MOON, directed THE ODD COUPLE, and acted in DON'T DRINK THE WATER, TOWARDS ZERO, TEN LITTLE INDIANS (as Wargrave), and CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF (as big Daddy.) Robb teaches English at SMU.

STACEY STREET (Asst Stage Mgr) is joining ICT for the second time after working in the crew for DEATH: TAKE 1!  She would like to thank ICT to for giving her the opportunity to be involved in a great play with a great company.  She would also like to thank her family and Janel for their continued support and encouragement.

MARIE WEST (Set Dresser) is making her debut with ICT backstage as Set Dresser.  In the past she has sung Victorian Christmas carols with the Omni Singers, belly danced with Isis’ Star Dancers and performed with the Renaissance Theater Company of Dallas.
